We present the Philadelphia Sports Card
& Memorabilia Show two times each calendar year: March and
September. There are 250 exhibitor booths at each show. A
booth measures 10 feet wide and 8 feet deep. All booths come with one 8
foot draped table, 2 chairs, a name placard, a wastebasket, and piping
on both sides and rear of the booth. Exhibitors may set up the booth in
whatever format works best and may bring extra tables or rent them from
the show decorator. Glass display cases are also available for rental.
Electric, internet and telephone service can be ordered for individual booths.
Exhibitors are required to have a Pennsylvania
sales tax license. If you do not have one, we will send you the
necessary form to obtain a temporary license from the Pennsylvania
Department of Revenue. There is no charge for the temporary license.
To obtain an exhibitor contract form for a
Philly Show, please contact us either by telephone, fax, or mail. We
will need your full mailing address in order to send you the exhibitor
packet of information and contract form. Contract forms are available
six months prior to each show.
Once we receive your completed contract form,
with full payment, we will send you a confirmation, listing your
assigned booth number.
